Q. Do I need to get three estimates?
A. No. Washington State Law only requires that you get one estimate from the body shop of your choice that will be doing the repairs.
Q. Will my insurance company pay for the repairs if they directed me to another body shop?
A. Yes! State law requires the insurance company to either repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition or if the costs to do so are likely to exceed the value of the vehicle, they may re-imburse you for the loss of that vehicle. That requirement stands no matter where you take your vehicle for repairs.
Q. Will my car still be safe after it's repaired?
A. Yes! Your car will be repaired using industry standard techniques that are tested to maintain the strength and safety of your vehicle. If it could not be repaired to that standard we would refuse the repair. We believe in our repairs so strongly that we offer a lifetime warranty on all our repairs.
Q. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
A. The time it will take to repair your vehicle is determined by the severity of the damages. We will make the repair in as short a time as possible; however, we will not compromise our quality standards for the sake of time.
Q. Can Malo's Autobody arrange for a rental car?
A. Yes! We can arrange for a rental car to be ready for you when you drop off your car. You can then leave it with the rental company and they will drop you off at our body shop when your vehicle is ready for pick up.
Q. Is the repair of my vehicle guaranteed?
A. Yes! You will receive a written guarantee the day you pick up your car. We have the best guaranty in the industry. All our repairs are covered for the life of your vehicle and it's backed by a company that's been in business for almost 60 years.
Q. How can I pay for repairs?

Q. What if the repairs exceed the estimate? Who pays for that?
A. As long as your repairs are part of an insurance claim, we will work directly with the insurance company to handle any supplimental charges.
